TTI Completes Developing Software Tools for the MARS 2020 Mission
Transpacific Technologies Inc (TTI), a Pasadena based high-tech company, completed the development of data analysis and data visualization software tools for the MARS 2020 mission.
The tools developed by TTI’s highly skilled team supported in advancing verification and validation (V&V), integration and testing (I&T), and performance verification and testing (PV&T) of MARS 2020 radar system’s Terminal Descent Sensor (TDS).
The software tools automated data analysis, which expanded the capabilities of system engineering to locate and address anomalies related to TDS in a timely manner. In addition, the new tools also expanded the data analysis capability that allowed JPL’s system engineering team to generate reports and create coherent timelines to determine the root cause on various issues that were unobserved during hardware testing.
